I have been an athlete from a very young age, playing football for nine years at levels ranging from minor to competing in a national level tournament. Playing football and being recently diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes really made me realize that a career in the fitness industry seemed like the best fit for me, not only to keep myself healthy and fit but to help other people stay healthy and fit. It wasn't until I met Omar Ali in 2012 after coming to the first Athlete boot camp here at Formula4 Fitness that I realized that career path could be possible.

I just loved the environment in the club, loved watching how Omar helps people achieve their goals on a day to day basis, and thought, I really like this line of work I think this is the career for me. So after that Omar and I sat down and discussed what I needed to do after high school.

After graduating High School in 2015, I took my International Sports Science Association’s Certified Personal Trainer Course and passed my exam with a 97%. I then, took the in-house trainer mentorship program here at Formula4 Fitness with Master Trainer, Omar Ali and now I’m happy to say I'm officially a member of the Formula4 Fitness Family.
